TOTM on TS ??

Hello all well TOTM arrived Saturday morning and I lost 1 lb this morning was hoping for 2 lbs really

Anyway is there anything I can do during TOTM to keep the weight coming off?

I'm abit confused with this will I gain / lose weight in the next few days? I know everyone is different.

Shall I drink more water or not? Does this help ?

A lot of people actually gain at totm which is a nightmare

Yip keep off the scales

just remember even if you do gain for a few days its just retained water and will be gone again before you know it , you continue to loose fat so over the month it will still average out as long as you are drinking between 3-4 litres of water a day there isnt anything else you can do to help x

My TOTM started the day I started the diet, not fun. At least you should get a loss once it's over

mine is coming up and i am also worrying that its going to effect my weight loss .....but like pp said i suppose it will average out over the month

It's my totm at the moment, my first time since starting tfr and it's been a bit harder than usual, it'll be over soon though.

A lot of people gain weight at totm, it's just one of those things, whatever diet you're doing..I would stay way from the scales, and if you've gained it will go.

I think it's a good idea to drink the water too, you bloat more during totm and drinking more water helps with this

Has anybody else noticed any changes to their TOTM since being on TS? mine came in week2 but it was much shorter lighter and less painful than usual. A very welcome side effect

Maybe that's because of the weight loss and not the Exante diet itself... excess weight plays havoc with our monthly's

It might be early days but day 3 on my TOTM and I'm 2 lbs down

I did drink tonnes of water / herbal teas all day gonna do the same today.. Worth a try and to monitor for next month.
