Translating propoints into normal points lol

Hey! just a quick question! I am doing the old, ancient 123 success plan (not pro points!) but I'm just about 2 have a weight watchers dinner (chicken hotpot!) which says it contains 6 propoints - on my 123 success plan i'm allowed 20 points a day, so does anyone have any idea how many points my dinner would be??? Lol xxxx

You can't just translate because its based on different nutritional values. Just use the info on the box and work it out with your information

do you have the books you got for your 123 plan? You need to look at them and use them to work out the points (like with normal food?)
