Today wasn't too bad....

Breakfast:
Porridge,blueberries made with water- 3 pp

Milk allowance- 3 pp (had LOTS of tea!)

Lunch: 1/3 of aldi ciabatta (4),egg mayonnaise (1 egg,Mayo,lettuce,tomato- 3)= 7 pp

Dinner- 60g pasta (6 pp), Philadelphia light (1),roasted veg- 7 pp

Snacks: WW toffee bar: 2 pp, curly wurly 3 pp, WW tortilla crisps 2 pp
Meringue and fresh fruit- 1 pp= 8 pp

Total : 28/29 pp
Did day 7 of shred- but only earned 1 AP for that. Haven't done any exercise this week.
 
God,had a nice day's eating but had a big breakfast and have been scrimping points all day-dinner was practically non existent.

Breakfast- 2x sausages (4),poached egg(2),mushrooms,tomato - 6 pp

Lunch- toasted sandwich- 2 bread (4),chicken (1),stuffing (1) cheese (1)- 7 pp

1/4 of a brownie- 5 pp (such a waste!)
Bear in thr big blue house snacks- 3 pp

Dinner- cauliflower,broccoli,30g philadelphia light (1pp),40 g pasta (4)
Total- 5 pp

After dinner- fruit and WW fromage frais- 1 pp
Snacksize ripple -2pp yummy- best suggestion ever!

Total- 29/29
Went for a 30 min walk today but was shattered. No shred!

Down 0.5 tonight...not a great loss but grest for me-had a family thing all weekend

Oops..pressed send by mistake. Anyway,goal looking closer than ever,really want to have a good loss next week.
Today's food was pretty unbalanced- practically nothing til after 7-my WI- and then all he'll broke loose!

Breakfast: fruit salad,WW fromage (1)

Lunch- courgette soup (0),Melba toast (1), Philadelphia(1) poached egg (2)= 4 pp

Dinner: rustic chicken (7 pp),2 x bread (4) butter (3) = 14 pp

Snacks:
2x ripples- 4 pp
Kitkat- 2 pp
Meanies- 2 po
Half a mint aero- 4 pp
Total: 12 pp

Total: 31/29 pp
So two weeklies. But starting again tomorrow.

Keep it up Tras! So proud of you with your goal in sight and going for it! I m drowning in bad habits at the moment but must get back on track fast! Shred arrived yesterday but not starting til after night duty! Keep the focus!?

Doing my usual and skipping yesterday cos it wasn't very good ! (Went to cinema to see the inbetweeners- hilarious! Had maltesers in my popcorn...)

But today was okay,despite a friend coming to visit and bringing all manner of tempting treats

Breakfast- 2x belvita- 3 pp
My first time having them- yummy! Not terribly filling but oh so handy,was in an awful hurry this morning

Lunch- bread(4), spread(1) mayo(1) ham (1) Edam (2), Swiss roil (5)
Total: 14 pp

Dinner- 40g pasta,roast veg,30 g Philadelphia light with roast peppers- 5 pp

Snacks:
Ripple- 2 pp
2x pink and whites- 2 pp
Options- 2 pp
Milk allowance: 2 pp= 8 pp

Total- 30/29 pp

Today was okay,am falling into thr horrible trap of not eating enough good stuff and spending too many pp on rubbish!

Breakfast- 2 belvita- 3 pp

Lunch- egg (2),couple of wedges (3),ham salad sandwich (7),WW strawberry mousse (2)= 15

Big fruit salad (0)
Tea allowance(2)

Dinner: WW chicken hotpot (6) Not bad but was looking at box and the main ingredient is water!! That can't be good!

Hope u get a good loss this wk tras! well done on ur half pound loss! A loss is a loss :) ! I'm the same with goodies, spend far too many points on them. Really goin to try n pick healthier things or spend my weeklies on nicer meals x
 
Thanks,Kezza...really hoping for more than half a lb this week...although haven't done much to deserve it! Not til thurs night so have 2 days to be really good!

Ooh,best of luck tonight!! WW scales are way more sensitive. I often see no loss on my scales and the WW scales show a loss of half a lb or more. Fingers crossed!!

Good day today. It's all about the planning,well stocked fridge and avoiding the bread. When I fail on any of those I always have a disaster of a day.

Breakfast:
Fresh fruit salad,WW yogurt (1 pp)

Lunch: salad,tomatoes,apple,ham (1 pp), egg (2pp),Melba toast (2),Philadelphia light (1 pp)= 6 pp

Dinner: roast veg,pasta(4 pp),Philadelphia light (1 pp)...had intended to add 3 pp of prawns but they were yuck so threw them out.= 5 pp

Snacks:
Milk for tea- 2 pp
Ripple-2 pp
WW toffee bar- 2 pp
WW tortillas- 2 pp
Meanies- 2 pp = 8 pp

Total: 23/29 p
