Burgers with Extra Lean minced beef, onion, S&P and Cajun seasoning. Homemade Potato Wedges with Cajun seasoning, frylight and S&P. Mixed Salad, with Peppers, Tomatoes and Cucumber. 2x Kerry LowLow Cheese Slices, (I ripped them up to cover the burgers!), 1 tbsp mustard (1 syns) 1 tbsp BBQ Sauce (1 syns)

Just a quick question- my consultant said we didn't have to eat our healthy extras, I didn't manage a B yesterday or today (even though I did document yesterday's I was too full to eat the bread!) is this a problem?

Feeling low today. Went into town last night but came home after about 30 mins as I really couldn't be bothered!!!

Yesterday we went to our landlords house for a meeting about our finances (it's my OHs mum) and she was just so rude :( she is upping our rent even though we are struggling and she was treating it as if it was my fault I had put my OH through this!!!

:( pocket money time, I have 20 quid to last me until next Saturday and I'm really worried about doing SW! How can I afford the fruit and veg? :(

I have a 6 week countdown so I don't need to worry about paying- I just can't afford my normal food shop! Need to win slimmer of the week but I can't when it's my first week ;) maybe it's time to try mugshots....

Heinz Baked Beans

No fruit or veg :(

Looking at dinner:

You can not survive on mugshots.............how about eggs to make omelets.

Im trying so so hard to stick with it!!! My moods are taking over me and I wish they wouldnt!!! My food intake is controlled by my mind...

I couldnt face the mugshots this evening so I had tortelloni pasta with some garlic bread and sugar free peach juice!

Not the best thing but I tried to keep it simple!

Hope youre ok!

Off to WI tomorrow but im eating out of my cupboards at the minute, heinz macaroni cheese, heinz soups etc and theres a naughty fray bentos pie that im trying not to look at!!!

Keeping my chin up as much as possible, but the mind wanders back to it :(
