I actually bought frozen fruit from asda! It tastes so much sweeter and takes longer to eat :) it's cheaper too! Love it!!

I have decided to flexisyn it and just carry on!

Will drink lots of water but I'm pleased that I stayed away from the wine and kept along fairly good lines with the vodka (the only reason I had cocktails was as they were 2 for a 5ver!!!)

Will also do Zumba and a flabelos powerplate session and hopefully I'll be sorted! Off to check the scales for damage....

Having a lovely 100% day so far!!!!

Just had a really nice Smoked Salmon Mixed Salad (forgot to take a picture!!!) with Boiled Eggs & 2 Mullerlight Yogs!!

Just munching on some yummy frozen mixed berries and drinking diet coke!

Parents went to Whitby yesterday and brought me some dressed Crab back so going to eat that soon!!

Its Turkey, Bacon & Thyme Hotpot with Mashed Potatoes & Mixed Veg for Tea when I get home!!!!!
