pigged out on 2 pieces of bread and jam last night and had an extra hi-fi bar not having any syns today to make up for it :eek:
on a positive note i got a bowl out to have some weetabix as well but stopped myself :) so could have been a lot worse than it was :)


 
why am i so stupid sun 7th nov

the piggin out carried on had 2 slices bread and jam and 3 weetabix and aldi premium cereal bar ggggggggggrrrrr have a feeling i am going to put on this week i've only got myself to blame if i do.

PHEW LOST 1/2LB

was happy to lose 1/2lb thought i was going to put on but am going to try really hard now have set myself a target of 10.5 lbs to lose by xmas.......... my consultant said one lady had lost 2.5 stones in 6 weeks how good is that.

hi dreamaholic the flakes are 2.5 each and i had 10 of them gulp didn't really enjoy them but still had to eat them all i think i've just got to avoid buying anything like that think i will stick to hi- fi bars and velvety crunch crisps am really going to try hard this week am looking for a 3lb weight loss next week i've been messing around the last few weeks watch this space lol :rolleyes:
