Weds 25th january
RED DAY
Breakfast- mango & yoghurt, milky coffee (h/e a)
Lunch- vegetable stir fry, carrot, red & white cabbage, onion, beansprouts, red & yellow peppers
Dinner- bacon & mushroom omelette with salad, lettuce, onion, tomato, cue,grapes & apple
Snacks- 375 ml skimmed, (h/e a) fibre plus bar (h/e b) satsuma, velvet crunch (4 syns) w/w mousse ( 4.5 syns)

Thursday 26th january
RED DAY
Breakfast- prunes (h/e b) yum yum yoghurt
Lunch- veg soup, carrot, leeks, cabbage & onion
Dinner- lamb steaks, sprouts, swede, cauliflower & green beans
Snacks- 350 ml skimmed milk (h/e a) shapers mint choc bar ( 4 syns) velvet crunch ( 4 syns) fibre plus bar (h/e b)

Thanks beegee i knew i had lost a bit cause me trousers were falling down as i walked along the road lol but i didnt think it would be so much :) shows u can still eat well and still lose weight hope ur ok xx

Thanks guys x i really think the planning helped this week, my o/h said how do i know what i'm going to fancy in a couple of days, well i don't but if i put it down by the time i have it i do actually want it :)

Snacks- 375ml skimmed milk (h/e a) apple, shapers mint bar ( 4 syns) velvet crunch ( 4 Syns)

breakfast- allbran crunch (h/e b) 375ml skimmed milk (h/e a) satsuma
lunch- vegetable soup, cabbage, onion, red & green peppers & leeks. papaya
dinner- beef stir fry- red & white cabbage, onion, carrot, red & green peppers & bean sprouts. soy sauce
snacks- velvet crunch (4 syns) shapers mint choc bar (4 syns) mango, apple
 
SUNDAY 29TH JANUARY
EXTRA EASY
breakfast- all bran crunch(h/e b) 375ml skimmed milk (h/e a) apple
lunch- ham salad, lettuce, celery, tomato, red pepper & carrot, mango
dinner- s/w chips, gammon steak, eggs, beans, tomato, mushrooms, tomato sauce (1 syns)
snacks- hi-fi bar (6 syns) shape mint bar (4 syns) w/w blackberry yog (0.5 syns) w/w caramel wafer (2.5 syns)

lunch- bacon sandwich (h/e b)
dinner- beef stir fry, cabbage, beansprouts, carrot, red & yellow pepper & mushrooms
