Trigger Foods ....

Hi All;

I followed LL for the full term (foundation, management) last year and lost a total of 102 lbs. I have kept almost all of this off, since having only put back 19 lbs from my lowest weight as I came off abstinence.

I am trying to remember what the trigger foods are as identified by LL during the management. I have put my book somewhere safe and I cannot now find it.

I think there are 6 or 7 of them, but I cannot remember them all. I think they are something like :

  • Potatoes
  • Bread
  • Cheese
  • Chocolate
  • Pasta
  • Alcohol
Can anyone please correct/add where I am wrong??

staples (rice, pasta, potatoes)
grains
cheese
bread
snacks (sweets, chocolate, crisps & nuts.

Not alcohol, it is allowed from week 5.

Trigger foods are weeks 8 - 12.
