Trying to get back to 130 lbs

#1
Hello. 32 year old male here, 6' tall.

When I was 24, I weighted 130 pounds and felt awesome. My body fat was around 7%.

Never in my life did I imagine I would hit 140. At 27, I did.

Now at 32, I'm 146, and won't budge. My body fat is a disgusting 11%.

I exercised intensely and ate healthy for 6 months - pushups, situps, weights, and I the opposite happened, I gained weight! I tipped the scales briefly at 151.

No matter what I try, my weight won't go to 140. I don't want to starve myself.

Help!

SORRY BUT I THINK YOU NEED HELP!!!
6ft male wanting to weigh 130lbs, to me thats far too low, 7% body fat that's borderline anorexic , even 151 lbs is only 10st 8lb witch i consider under weight for 6ft male
JUST MY THOUGHTS, SORRY IF I OFFEND

It was not a rude post, it was a post offering practical and valuable advice. Given your age and the fact that you have exercised you have gained muscle and at your height your present weight is still rather low.
