Hello. 32 year old male here, 6' tall.
When I was 24, I weighted 130 pounds and felt awesome. My body fat was around 7%.
Never in my life did I imagine I would hit 140. At 27, I did.
Now at 32, I'm 146, and won't budge. My body fat is a disgusting 11%.
I exercised intensely and ate healthy for 6 months - pushups, situps, weights, and I the opposite happened, I gained weight! I tipped the scales briefly at 151.
No matter what I try, my weight won't go to 140. I don't want to starve myself.
