About 3 cooked turkey steaks
About 50g smoked salmon
1 onion
1 garlic clove
A couple of bits of brocolli
A couple of small carrots
A couple of tbspns natural yoghurt
1 egg

I blitzed the veg and then blitzed the turkey and salmon in with it. Then blitzed the wet stuff in. Pepper/herbs to taste. Baked in a loaf tin for about half an hour, Delicious, but of course vary/leave out the veg as required.
