    Just been for a shopping trip with ds, sil, her daughter and oh and have been to McDonalds - my favourite fast food!! So instead of succumbing to burger and chips - I had a grilled chicken salad and sprite zero. I was sooo tempted to steal a chip but I stayed strong, yay me!!!

    well done hun but i had to burst your bubble but mcd's salads are full off cals (annoying i know).
    but well done for making the best choice you could

    They aren't unless you have the crispy chicken one. I used to always have the grilled chicken and bacon with balsamic dressing for 185 cals :)

    That's what I had - and I picked out the tomatoes and carrots and used a quarter of the balsamic dressing :)

    Just checked - there is 115kcal with 6g of carbs but most of them would have come from the tomatoes which I picked out

    I took my children to MacD's for a drive through the other day which they ate in the car. The smell was almost unbearable, but I held out.
