gonna snack on some fruit later if i get peckish.. even tho its my star week and im craving chocolate like there is no 2 morrow!! :( i must be good and resist it tho lol x

aww thank u lovely :) iv struggled this weekend mind, i cheated big time last night had a chocolate binge! not good! lol
i dont allways use both my HE i find i dont really need them, really gettin on well with the red days i dont feel so bloated as i would with a green day. how u gettin on, i had a look at your diary early, your meals allways sound so tasty!! xx

as iff im not the happyiest girl in the world right now!!! 3lbs down again!!
musta been all the pasta i was eatin at the start effectin me loosin weight!!!
