    First time doing a diary lol so any comments would be welcome x

    25 points allowed a day

    Breakfast
    2 x shredded wheat & milk = 3 points
    coffee & milk = 1 (roughly for milk used)

    Lunch
    mugshot = 5
    2 x toast with laughing cow = 3
    options hot choc = 0.5

    Dinner
    chinese grillsteak & veg =4

    Snacks
    diet lemonade = 0
    hot choc = 0.5
    twirl from multipack = 4
    apple = 0.5
    1 x toast = 1
    1 x muller = 1.5

    exercise points today = 0
    total = 25

    1 x slice of bacon 1.5?
    another! carrot cake slice = 1
