Wasabi Bean Mix

Hi - I bought a pack of this Whitworths Wasabi Bean Mix for my other half (he's trying to lose weight too, and nuts and crisps are something he loves).

Saw them in tesco in the wholefood section and thought they looked good. I've tried a couple and they're REALLY good. (I'll be buying them when guests come over for nibbles). Would love to know the syn value but can't find them in my directory.

If anyone would be kind enough to look it up I'd be ever so, ever so grateful.

PS: These are HOT, so be careful if you're not into spicy food.

There are 200g in the pack. Because it's quite spicy I wouldn't eat much at any one time. Surely it's got to be better than peanuts etc.

Cheers.
