Step 1 Sole Source weather is keeping me going

The hot weather is keeping me foimg as I want to be able to wear some nice summer clothes. I wore a sleeveless top yesterday for thw first time in my life ! Didnt look great but better than before can see the difference alreadg so keep thinking in a few weeks I will be able to enjoy rhe sun in comfort ! X

Me three - both in terms of weather and long way to go! I find I don't want to eat anywhere near as much when the weather is nice anyway. I should blame my British residence for my weight problems, for if I lived in Australia or California I'm sure I'd be a lot more active, spending a lot more time eating watermelon, and less time sitting indoors whilst it's raining and eating endless amount of cakes and storing fat supplies for the winter.

It will depend on the size of your moulds but I can get three lollies out of one shake with these: Spring Garden Lolly Mould at LAURA ASHLEY
