Saturday

Breakfast - none as had lie in!

Lunch - omlette with tomatoes & cheese (hexa)

Dinner - ham (hexb), egg, SW chips & beans

Snacks - pear, mini milk (1.5 syns), x2 alpen light (hexb), options (2 syns).

Been slacking on the superfree today but just sooooo hot!
 
Sunday

Breakfast - ww yog & pear

Lunch - pasta salad with cheese (hexa)

Dinner - 60g mini weetabix (hexb x2) with milk (hexa)

Snacks - mini milk (1.5 syns), strawberries, oil on pasta (3 syns), bit of OH's KFC (3 syns), meringue nest (3 syns), squirt of cream (1 syn)
 
Monday

Breakfast - muller greek style coconut yog (1/2 syn) with oranges

Lunch - pasta with tomato puree, sweetcorn & cheese (hexa)

Dinner - red roast pork (hexb x2), rice, cabbage, sweetcorn & broccoli

Snacks - pear, options (2 syns), milky bar (3.5 syns), meringue nest (3 syns), squirt light cream (1 syn), melon, grapes, strawberries.

Breakfast - Muller greek (1/2 syn) over 2 satsumas

Lunch - egg salad with light salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - carbonara with cheese (hexa x2), bacon (hexb x2), sweetcorn and peas

Snacks - pear, milky bar (3.5 syns), mini milk (1.5 syns), galaxy chocolate (5 syns)
 
Hi caz - i just spotted your diary and had to comment!! Im getting married 04/08 and so have a dress fitting coming up, in fact my dress arrived over the weekend and Im going to view it and have a first try on tomorrow!!! my first official fitting will be in about 3 wks. wish i had longer to get the weight off but the big day is now 9wks on Saturday so 10lbs in that time is achievable- even with a hen do!!
I was doing ww but came a bit stuck about Easter time. ive been doing SW again for almost a wk now and have been doing mostly red days.
 
It's sneaking up on me very quickly......lol I'm sure you'll be well within target, especially with such a good reason to be focused!


Wednesday

Breakfast - muller greek style (1/2 syn), x2 satsumas

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - lamb burger (hexb) in wholemeal roll (hexb)

Snacks - pear, options (2 syns) made with milk (hexa), milky bar (3.5 syns), alpen light bar (3 syns)

i went for my try on, loved it. It needs taking in (woo-hoo) but want to loose some more before the 1st proper fitting 6 wks today. Definately got my focus back after that!

Great news! Mine just fit before slimming world and I've lost 16lb so far so it will need taking in, just not too much hopefully!! Lol
 
Being super organised this week!

Thursday

Breakfast - Muller greek style (1/2 syn), oranges

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - salmon (hexb x2), pasta'n'sauce (1 syn as split between 2 people with hexa cheese), sweetcorn and peas

Snacks - pear, milky bar (3.5 syns), strawberries, melon, grapes, meringue nest (3 syns), squirt low fat cream (1 syn), Muller greek (1/2 syn)

I literally eat the same foods during the week but I'm not bored of it yet! My boss brings me fresh eggs every Monday and they are so scrummy boiled for about 7 mins half cooked half runny, I could eat them all day!

Friday

Breakfast - ww yog, fruit

Lunch - pasta with tomato puree, cheese (hexa), sweetcorn, tomatoes

Dinner - BBQ beef pot roast (x2 hexb), roasted garlic new potatoes, cabbage, sweetcorn.

Snacks - pear, possibly an options (2 syns), meringue nest, (3 syns), strawberries, ww yog, milky bar (3.5 syns), alpen light if needed (3 syns)
 
Saturday

No breakfast - worked till 4am!

Lunch - scrambled egg, baked beans, sprinkling of cheese (hexa)

Dinner - special fried rice from Chinese (x2 hexb and about 10 syns!)

Snacks - kit kat (5.5 syns), alpen light bar (3 syns), x2 satsumas, pear, strawberries.

Slightly over syns today but I'm enjoying my weekend :) won't be as bad as Monday is going to be that's for sure!
 
Had a pancake roll last night as well which was a very bad idea as I feel terrible this morning but oh well life goes on! Lol

Sunday

Breakfast - ww yog, strawberries, orange, grapes, alpen light bar (1/2 hexb)

Lunch - lettuce, tomatoes, cucumber

Dinner - pitta bread pizza (1.5 hexb, 2 hexa) lots of cheese! Lol with side salad.

Snacks - few mini milks (3 syns), milky bar (3.5 syns) trying to redeem myself from yesterday.....
 
Had a meringue nest instead of a milky bar and only 1 mini milk. My Chinese has made me feel grotty plus It's weigh in tomorrow morning.....
 
Today is a bad day but it was planned and the first time in 10 weeks I've gone "off plan" as it were so I don't feel bad

Breakfast - Muller greek and satsumas (1/2 syn)

No lunch as out all day and not hungry.

Dinner - garlic bread, chicken burger, chips & onion rings followed by cheesecake & ice cream.

No idea of syn values and don't want to know!! It's out of my system and had a great day out with the OH so I'm drawing a line under it and will be back on plan tomorrow morning.

Did spend a good few hours walking around the zoo and exmoor hills so that's gotta have burnt a few kcals lol
 
Tuesday

No breakfast as still felt very full from yesterday!

Lunch - pasta with tomato puree, sweetcorn, cheese (hexa) and salad.

Dinner - syn free tikka sauce with chicken (x2 hexb), rice and veggies.

Snacks - Muller greek (1/2 syn), satsumas, melon, strawberries. May have a meringue nest (3 syns) but keeping it low after yesterday lol
 
Oh and I had one mini chocolate heart when putting my wedding favours together - 1/2 syn maximum
 
Wednesday

Breakfast - Muller greek style (1/2 syn), x2 satsumas

Lunch - egg salad (lettuce, cucumber, sweetcorn, tomatoes, eggs) with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - carbonara (pasta, quark, egg yolks, garlic, laughing cow & cheddar as hexa, bacon as hexb x2) with cabbage, sweetcorn & peas

Snacks - milky bar (3.5 syns), pear, apple, strawberries, mini milk (1.5 syns), maybe an options (2 syns + syns for cup of semi-skimmed milk)
 
Also had 2 squares of galaxy (2.5 syns). Had 50ml of semi skimmed milk with my options so 1.5 syns for that too
 
Thursday

Breakfast - Muller greek style (1/2 syn) with pear

Lunch - egg salad with salad cream (1 syn)

Dinner - pork chop (hexb x2) cooked in some sort of seasoning (soy sauce & 5spice maybe) with rice, cabbage & peas

Snacks - x2 satsumas, milky bar (3.5 syns), melon, grapes, strawberries, meringue nest (3 syns), Muller greek (1/2 syn), options (2 syns & hexa)
