    B: bagel 7 syns
    MM: blueberries, banana, mullerlight

    L: grilled chicken skewers, houmous HE B, salad

    D: grilled salmon in bbq sauce 3 syns, steamed courgettes, rice HE B

    S: banana
    E: run
    W: 3 litres

    I am running 2.25 miles at the moment, need to work up to 5K/around 3 miles

    I can't run either:eek::eek:

    Brekkie today was a glass of water

    banana mid morning with 2 rich tea biscuits (no idea of sins)

    4 ryvitas (he b) with spready cheese (he a) and marmite with curried cous cous mmmmmmmmmmmm

    no idea about the rest of the day
