I am running 2.25 miles at the moment, need to work up to 5K/around 3 miles

Brekkie today was a glass of water

banana mid morning with 2 rich tea biscuits (no idea of sins)

4 ryvitas (he b) with spready cheese (he a) and marmite with curried cous cous mmmmmmmmmmmm

no idea about the rest of the day
