Day 1.

CS Chocolate shake
CS Choc and mint snack bar.
CS Soup
Apple
Chicken casserole with loads of veggies
x3 slices of turkey ham and a small cube of cheese ( post gym hunger!)


Exercise: 45min Gym 45min spin class.
Drinks: 1 cup of tea. Water.

Day 3

CS Cookies and cream shake
skinny latte and CS snack bar apple flavour.
CS green vegetable soup.
Hommous and carrots
Dinner- Chicken with added spice. Salad and cauliflower cheese
Strawberries + Yogurt


Drinks: Latte as above. Water.

Exercise: Gym 1hr.

Forgot to edit my weight yesterday - 14st.
Hopefully i'll lose a significant amount this week..fingers crossed.

Day 3

CS Chocolate Orange shake- hot
Pack of salted peanuts- eeek low carb but high in calories dammit!
White skimmed coffee with 1 sweetner.
CS Chicken Soup
Carrots and Hommous.
Dinner- not sure yet.

Drinks: coffee as above. Water. Diet coke.

Hi Louise!

urm...not very well! From thursday last week I could of threw the shaker outta the window. It was mostly down to me feeling under the weather tho. So overindulged quite alot eeek.

Back on plan today and this time I'm gunna stick to it 100%, its hard today the xmas goodies are already making they're way into our office noooooooooo!

How you getting on? xxxx

Day 1 (again) weight 14.3

B: CS bar
1 cup of tea with a splash of milk
1 cup of coffee with a splash of milk.
S:nuts 30g
L: CS Tomato soup.
S:SC Snack bar yogurt and berry flavour.
D: Bolagnese sauce and veggies.
S:cheese

Exercise: Gym 1hr.
Drinks: Water

Day 2

Strawberry shake
cup of coffee with a splash of milk.
x2 oat cakes with cheese - dammit
Beef country soup
x2 veggie sausages and carrot and sweet potato mash (all under 9g carbs) Cabbage and leeks.
Chicken hot and spice fridge raiders
Cup of tea with splash of milk.
Water
Lrg hot choc with skimmed milk and a mince pie :(

Exercise: Just walking.

Why are you confused?

btw couscous is unfortunatly not allowed on CS otherwise I would be eating it all the time...only 2 days in and miss my carbs! :(

Prawn Stirfry with soy sauce.
Cup of tea with a splash of milk.
x3 chocolate digestives eeeek!
Water.

Exercise- walking and 1hr spin class

Bananna shake
cup of coffee with a spalsh of milk.
Cashews
Mango replacement bar.
Fruit salad.
x2 veggies sausages, sweetpotato and carrot mash. Cabbage and leeks (under 10g)
1/2 atkins bar

Drinks: Diet coke, water.
