second week in and have lost 3lbs!!! so excited! iv a huge big grin on my face lol
have followed plan pretty well but not 100% at times- im finding evenings to be the toughest part for me- im a nibbler lol so any ideas for evening nibbles thats free/ nearly free wud be great.
Fruit Salad is an excellent idea, especially things like pineapple and grapes if you have a sweet tooth. Also heard frozen grapes mentioned around the forum, but have not tried them myself as yet

As suggested that's exactly what I do.. Prepare a big fruit salad, put it in a tuppaware in the fridge and eat it whenever you fancy. Most fruit is superfree, and it's much better value if you make it yourself than get the ready prepared ones.
I cut up a melon and pineapple on sat and have just finished it now! It kept really well, and I just add any other fruit I fancy.. Usually berries of some sort and grapes
I know sometimes fruit can get a bit boring, but as the OH was tucking into selfridges cheesecake last night (mmmm!) I just had some fruit, as long as I can eat something when he's filling his face with cheesecake I feel ok... My halo is so shiny this morning xxxxx
Oh and I always have muller lights in the fridge!! Also if you've still got your hexA and B left I sometimes have weetabix in the evening, hope this helps and keep up the good work xxxx
