Week 6 - post TS.


Been liberated by Exante!
Weaned off vanilla shakes now - having porridge for breakfast, the real stuff with blue berries. It's too cold for a shake so pleased with porridge. It lasts until lunch too.

Still doing Exante soup for lunch but with a bread roll. So all well. Evenings fish, meat, chicken, or an egg - all with vegetables or home made soup. So fine.

It's very tough doing TS in the middle of winter, I would take my hat to you all but it's too cold. I think I seem to feel the cold much more now, no six stone duvet around me anymore.

Also, hair, skin etc all fine and feeling good. Still swimming - about four or five times a week, good exercise and keeps me fit.

Oh yes -- Weight? Still the same, no gain, no loss. Delighted!
