Week Five Weigh In

    Diet:
    Cambridge Diet
    Lost another 3lbs today - so total of 20lbs in five weeks. Am SO pleased -also lost 3 inches from chest, 3.5 inches from waist, 4 inches from hips and wait for it - 4 inches from each thigh!!! Only this week can I really tell the difference in my clothes but have definately gone down a dress size now.
    Am loving this diet!!

    Well done, that is great, i know how you feel about the downsizing, i was 16/18 now a 14, another two more sizes to go to get my former size 10. Good luck with the rest of weight loss
