Hi ladies... Well done to our losers!!! Anj and loss is a loss! A food diary is a good idea... if you don't have one here.. put one up on your fridge or cupboard at home where you see it... makes you think! But great thing about having one here... everyone can help.

I am going to try to be good but this is the start of my holiday and I am going home and to be honest not easy when you are travelling and peckish!!!!

I was just wondering how many of you were on-liners as opposed to meetings gals (we're all gals on here, right?)???

Would anyone like me (or other meetings peeps) to give an overview of what our leaders talked about in that week's meeting? Do you think it would benefit you at all?

Just an idea......:D

Maybe we could keep this for the weightloss discussions and have another thread for like a mini support group??

I think talking about what your leader talks about is a great idea.

We get the info for free lol :D

I think it's a great idea too as I don't attend meetings and I think it would be useful to hear any good hints or tips that leaders give in the meetings good luck everyone for over the weekend as I think that is the hardest time with the most temptation x

What did you do Vix?

This week my leader mostly talked about the importance of filling and healthy foods (they're highlighted in green in your mini guide if you got one of those).
She also cooked for us, a 10pp sweet and sour noodle dish that was pretty nice.
Because of the cooking we didn't talk as much as usual. I think she said that next week we'd be discussing holiday season, but I'm going to have to go to a different meeting I think so it may differ.

I'll start the new thread tomorrow. Or maybe a group. I will post the link on this thread. It will be tomorrow evening so until then just keep using this one.

The scales were calling me :(

And i answered them (there the scales at my boyfriends) don't use them.

Got a shock...its saying i am 13st 13lbs. Scales are not my best friend right now!

Don't understand it..Monday i weighed myself on my own scales(ww ones :D) 13st 9lb.

How the hell did i out 4lb on!!! Dreading Monday now :(

Surely the scales are just different...i don't know.

Never going on those ones again!!
