Thanks Shirley ~ how did your weigh in go? I also do SW at home. Gok is great isn't he? I know what you mean about some of his creations but they do just look as good as designer. Hope all is going good for you xx

Sounds like you are well on track, I love Primark too its great that you can experiment without spending a fortune. I never find anything that fits right in River Island though (I'm only a 12/14) which really annoys me as I love the clothes.

I lost 3lb this week so getting back on track. I'm hoping to be better this week but we will see as I have been a little naughty. We're having a bit of a nightmare with my eldest whos 6 going on 13 and I find that I reach for food as a comfort. Hopefully I will be able to curb my urge to pig out and keep on track.

Well it's Friday :D and usually that's where my diet goes downhill but I am really determined that it won't this wknd. Been keeping a food diary and I have lots of syns left for the weekend. I won't be having any alcohol as back on antibiotics and other tabs so that will save me a lot of syns!

Chinese takeaway planned for saturday night but not sure what I am having:hmm:

To-day has been good, 100% so far ~ going to use a few syns now on Quavers and if I'm still peckish toast with peanut butter and banana ~ yummy!

Nothing much planned for this weekend, thankfully ~ have had a few busy ones recently. Just going to relax with my hubby and watch a few dvds, having a chinese tomorrow night so looking forward to that. Scales are showing a loss so this has me really determined, xx

I was very pleased with myself last night ~ I find the weekends hard so when I was hungry late on I made some SW chips which were delish, put some garlic salt on them. My hubby always has refused them but he tried one and thought they were lovely!

Quiet Saturday night in ~ chinese and dvd, would love a glass of wine with it though (think it's the nice weather) the notion might be off me come the evening! Oh well I have a lot of syns left so will just see.

Well 4lbs off!!!:bliss: Very happy with that, I'm sure 2lb is water with AF visiting but I have been good all week so am hoping the other 2lb is my good work lol! This has inspired for the week ahead though I have a lot on so am hoping that it will work out ok! :cross:

Have a lot on this week ~ babysitting tonight and tomorrow, having my dinner tomorrow night at my brother's, shopping and lunch with my mum on wed, going to letterkenny for an overnight stay on Thurs, back late Fri (hubby booked it as a surprise! :lilkiss:) then out with friends for a meal on Sat night!!!!!!!!! :faint2:

Am not expecting to lose this incoming week, to stay the same would be nice but wishful thinking! Oh well!

100% yesterday, want to try to be good when I can this week as some days are going to be difficult. I don't want that weight on again but I am looking forward to my week of socialising (after this there is not much planned which will be good for my SW).

On a green day to-day, am still alternating days and always have a red before WI, not sure if it makes a difference but am still going to keep doing it!

Out tonight for my dinner at my brothers (his wife is a fantastic cook!) but I will try to be as good as possible.

Went a walk last night to our local forest park which is covered in bluebells so it was lovely. My husband and I have joined the local gym ~ he is in a health phase at the moment so makes my life a bit easier.
 
Weemo i used to do red day before weigh in, if i don't have much carbs i'm less bloated etc which leads to better loss. Well done for you and hubby joining gym, i would love for me and oh to join but i feel as though mum is getting kids to watch loads, and she works too so i don't want to keep dumping them on her lol, so rosemary dvd and walks it is!

Thanks Betty ~ had a lovely evening then it was home to watch Gok and Shameless. I have Rosemary Conley dvds too ~ she is good. I also have Letitia Dean and Jayne Torvill's fitness dvds, both very good, hard work actually but then I am totally unfit! Well done on your fab loss xx

Am still writing everything down and eating a lot of speed foods too. I know going away will mess things up for me but I am looking forward to my night away! Had a sneaky jump on the scales though and I seem to have gained a 1lb even though I have been 100% but am trying not to focus on that.
