Weigh in and question

    Hi all,

    I've only lost 2lb this week, so my CDC has said i should do AAM - I've not done one yet, so it's all very scary - worried I'll put on weight :eek: Stupid I know! Spose I need to start getting ready for real life food anyway!

    Just a couple of questoins - how do you measure 2tlbs of veg?! lol And can you have tinned tuna?

    That is the million dollar question!!

    How do you measure 1 tbsp of cauliflower??? I haven't discovered the answer yet either!

    Tinned tuna is fine!

    Oh I hadn't realised that tuna was OK on AAM - I was waiting till 790 to give it a try as never eaten it!

    Tuna is not a white fish...too oily. really a no no on AAMW....sorry

    white fish like cod haddock etc...and it is 3ozs 80grms

    Re. the tbsp cauliflower thing... I reckon on a smallish floret being a tbsp ;)
