Hi Everyone, To continue on forthe eight loss on 810 plan, please could someone tell me the difference between your weight loss on SS and SS+?I image it to be about 30% less but that is just a guess!I am trying to decide when to move up the plans and I have a date that I really want to be at goal at.Thanks!
