    was being so good out to lunch today, had jacket potato, cheese beans and salad. Everyone bar me :cry:eek:rdered dessert and coffee. I had a hot chocolate instead and it arrived at my table with squirty cream on top. I figured i could use the milk in hot choc as healthy extra a, but does anyone have any idea how to syn this :confused:

    thanks for that circes, i'm guessing that the damage won't be too bad if i had the milk as healthy extra a :eek:
