wetherspoons hot chocolate

was being so good out to lunch today, had jacket potato, cheese beans and salad. Everyone bar me :cryrdered dessert and coffee. I had a hot chocolate instead and it arrived at my table with squirty cream on top. I figured i could use the milk in hot choc as healthy extra a, but does anyone have any idea how to syn this
