What are you planning to do at 12 weeks?

A little update from me - I have made a decision (after a lot of angst)!

Week 9 for me was a bit of a stall (1 lb loss) - all very normal, I know, but I have decided that it is time for a change. This week I am doing SnS refeed and then I wil go straight on to a LCD (not sure which yet - I think I want something more structured than ww or sw so probably something like 'lean and clean' or 'body for life for women') and will start increasing my exericise. I definitely feel it is time for exercise to take a bigger role in my plan!

SnS has been absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend it. I would and probably will do it again in short burst of 4-8 weeks. I think it has re-educated my eating (eating at almost set times, portion control, not snacking aimlessly) and I am excited to be starting the next phase of my journey with these good habits in place.
