What should i have

Hey people, just wondering what would be a good ideal breakfast on the induction phase of this diet,
im not into all that vegetable rubbish or fancy cheese breakfasts, i just like egg and bacon mainly, what would an ideal breakfast lunch and dinner for me be :)

Fry up for breakfast thats what I have nearly everyday - low carb sausage, bacon, egg and fried mushrooms. I mainly eat 2 meals per day and have meat with lettuce or cabbage coleslaw for tea
