I have no idea why it got so popular - seems a bit extreme to me in combination with an extreme diet too, but i'm very very very inactive/sedentary. I think it would be OK if you are already reasonably active. All that aside, it looks like hell to me, i'm much happier going for a walk or doing a little zumba at my slow pace. But i am super lazy.
I keep reading about this too! Not generally a fan of exercise dvd's so haven't ordered it yet but it has been sitting in my Amazon basket for quite a while lol Think I may just wait til I've lost a bit more so it will be a bit easier on the joints etc.... :rolleyes:

I am not sure why it got so popular ... but for me, it was only a fiver :), and 20 mins of exercise a day.
I like it :D.
So, I do it :D. Each to their own eh ? :)
