What's your goal for today?

Today's goal was to start Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, I've done it all the way through and I'm absolutely shattered.
 
Not to eat the kids tea:eek:, pasta n meat balls, I don`t even like that.
 
My goal after a stressful day which followed only 4.5 hours sleep was not to throw in the towel and buy a bottle of wine and takeaway to relax this evening.
Am right proud of myself for not caving in!
