    3.5lb off this week. Looks like I will only need one more week of TFR to get to BMI of 25, then I'll be moving up to WS, can't wait.
    Felt very virtuous this weekend. Saturday night is sweetie night in our house (saves the kids expecting sweets every day) and I passed up my share without even a pang. On Sunday DH decided he'd like a Chinese, which I love. The rest of the family had there's whilst I sat there eating my Thai Chicken soup. I really wasn't bothered at all.

    Onwards and downwards...................

    There I go exaggerating, 10st11lb less 10st8.5 is 2.5lb!
