I am so relieved that today has been very easy to get back onto the dukan ! x
I am beginning to get confidence in myself that I am in control :)
 
Day 1 Attack - Sun 3rd June

Breakfast - scrambled eggs
Lunch - low fat, unsmoked & low salt bacon
Dinner - Sirloin steak
Supper - OB galette
Snack - Salmon

I am proud to say that I have been very good and avoided any temptations of the family jubilee party x x stuck with my pp ham quiche, smoked salmon & beef with a s f jelly 4 desert x

My sicky feeling has returned though :(

Breakfast - fromage frais
Lunch - Ham quiche, smoked salmon & beef
Snack - Salmon fillet
Dinner - Stuffed chicken & sugar free jelly
Supper - Galette

I have struggled so much with starving / bingeing - I can't wait to stabalise my goal weight & really start to live & enjoy life X
 
well done for getting focused and back dukanning, u can and will achieve ur goal weight . One day at a time and before long they are weeks and months and u are feeling great, looking fab and in control, good luck Winnie, you can do it! xx

Lunch - smoked salmon & hard boiled egg
Dinner - Meatballs
Snack - SF jelly
Supper - OB galette
 
I am SO glad the 3 day attack is over - really struggled with sicky feeling & weirdly feeling a bit teary ! :(

I have to get my spark back !! X

Cannot wait for PV day tomorrow :)

You know what - i think that i am dealing with my emotions - rather than comfort eating & stuffing my face X X

Quite alot of windypops today - which has been a bit uncomfortable - but i must crack on !! !!
