Really good x I've been working a night shift at a large scale redundancy - really messed up my eating / sleeping x stuck to plan but not sure if my body clock is going to affect weight loss ??

Oh I had a really vivid dream last night - I ate 3 snickers bars x they were lush x lol x
 
Eeeeeeyak don't like snickers, in fact i don't like nuts full stop so you are on your own there !

My friend who is doing Dukan works funny shifts, she finds it a struggle eating in the early hours but forces herself to. It hasn't hindered her losses so fingers crossed you'll be ok x
 
mmmm snickers (marathons to us oldies) love snickers and star bars well any kind of chocolates really lol

I've really been craving sweet things the last week though - been driving me insane - could it be that I've had a few cheeky cigarettes & maybe the nicotine playing havoc with my cravings ?? x

Haven't been brill this weekend as we decided to go for last minute weekend break - so missed weigh in this morning x
