Working out points when theres no NI

    How would i do this? I bought a pack of pork steaks out of asda and really fancy one for tea. Theres no nutritional info on them though. (if this is in wrong place then i apologise)

    Ive not got e source. Weights about 125g. Lean meat to start with but ill trim off any fat left over if it makes a different. Thankoo :)

    Thanks for that. If i have a smaller one least i know ill save some points. Ill look out for the packs with smaller steaks from now on. Should be yummy grilled, add some oven chips, mushrooms and peas. Thats my tea sorted then!!
