Well, after a baad weekend here's to a new week....

Monday 17th August 2009

POINTS: 23

B/Fast: Bran flakes (2), milk (1)

Gym: 30 odd mins on bike, 25 mins on cross trainer, 3 sets 20 sit ups (including sides so 180 altogether)

Lunch: Tuna (4), mayo (1) on toast (3)
ww soup (3), slice bread (1.5), glass lemonade (1)

Dinner: ww meal (5.5), toast (1.5), yogurt (1)

FOOD POINTS: 24.5
ACTIVITY PTS: -4
TOTAL POINTS: 20.5

POINTS SAVED: 2.5

Lunch: creamy garlic mushrooms (1.5), toast (3)

Dinner: Chicken (2.5), soft cheese (1), mushrooms, peas (1), sweetcorn (1), onion, brown rice (2)

FOOD POINTS: 23.5
ACTIVITY PTS: -4

Hey! I've stopped it. After my first week I stuck to the low cal/low fat diet and exercised profusely and put on half a pound! So I came off it last Tuesday. I had no side effects from the Alli but all this week and last week have been feeling rather bloated so I don't know if it's had the opposite effect on me. Yesterday had really bad pain in my stomach but I don't know if it was because of the tablets or not. I took 1 tablet on Wednesday night after I had a takeaway pizza and still no effects which makes me think it's not worked.

Good luck though, it may just be that I had a bad experience on them!

Dinner: ww beef hot pot (3.5), potato (1.5), frozen veg
