Everyone at work is commenting on how much weight I've lost and how great I look. NOTHING and I mean NOTHING feels as good as when ur hard work pays off. Chuffed to bits with myself which is saying something. It's v hard to praise yourself when uv failed at something for nearly 20 years! Go me!!!!! )
