Yo-Yo does SW

Starting yet another food diary!

Haven't started SW as yet because the class is on Thursday and yesterday was my wedding anniversary.

However I am armed with a magazine, an old copy of the book, and this wonderfully supportive website.

So - weight now: 15st 1.6lbs (eek)
Goal weight: 11st
10% = 21lbs
First goal = friend's wedding on 25th September, 8 weeks, would like to be 14 stone by then. (well, I'd really like to be 10st by then but I know it's not gonna happen LOL).

Breakfast: Nothing

Mid-Morning Snacks: Pear / Apple / Satsuma / podding peas

Lunch: Jacket Potato / half tin of baked beans / 28g cheese

Mid Afternoon Snacks: Satsuma / pear / banana

Dinner: Scrambled egg, SW chips, whole tin of baked beans, 28g cheese, 4 x slices brown bread, 400g loaf

Syns: 200ml glass cola (4.5) / 2 tsp spread (2) / handful of popcorn (3)

Ok, why am I a pound heavier than I was yesterday???

Breakfast: Nothing

Mid Morning: Banana

Lunch: bacon butty (using 2 slices of 400g wholemeal bread as a healthy extra), spread (1 syn)

Snacks: 454g strawberries, orange muller
