Laugh in the face of food
Oh Stokegal you just made me laugh, I've been told the same thing a colleague of mine said once: "you've got a pretty face" I can hear them silently adding "Shame you're fat".
Today I heard the best comment yet.. "this diet you're doing is ridiculas, how can you do that for the rest of your life?" I have NO intention of doing this ridiculas diet for the rest of my life, I intend to follow a balanced diet once I get to my target. When I told her this she asked why I didn't just do that in the first place..... Er cos I'm a pig and liked all the bad things....the smug cow has never been fat in her life....grrrr
