well pats 2 days ive stopped exercising on wiifit and been eating more superfree and smaller poritions and wallaaa 2lb gone on the scales this mron so il see what it says in the mroning.. im out drinking tonight but sticking to dietcoke n vodka
Food Diary:

B - x2 toast (heb) & coffee (0.5syn)
L - Grapes, chicken noodles & cheese (hea)
D - cod in parsley sauce (3syns),veg & new potatoes
total: 3.5syn

may proove its the exercise hun... but wouldn't cut down altogether cause still need to tone up whilst loosing your weight.. your doing fab you lucky thing!! & enjoy your night out hun!! You deserve it!! xxx
 
Im gonna do 3 - 4 times a week instead of 7 I think and hopefully that will work lol .. did you take the pictures last nite?? and thankyouuu! we was talking about you in the hairdresses lol, i said i had mentioned em to you and Jude was like aww yeh shes heavily pregnant with the tall boyfriend isnt she she was lovleyyy lol :) xx
 
Lol yeah it was Jude that did my hair... loved how she did it... & yes that would be my hubby haha... he is like 6ft 5!! Hehe...

Yeah 3/4 times a weeks seems good anyway... just see how you get on then maybe when once at target you can do more to maintain and tone??

I'm also very jealous... i'd love to be on a night out... not had one since may 2009!! hehe... lets just say i'll only be needing a glass and be wanting to be home tucked up in bed hehe!!

Yeah took the pics... they were propper gross... lets just hope in a few weeks i'll be able to see a significant change...Just feel like i'm a bit where i started though with the SW scales but nevermind!!

well there goes my weight loss - guys in hospital yet again with his kidney stone - came home frmwork yesterday and just collapsed.. so in A&E all i had yday was prawn cocktail walkers - not sure how much they are syn wise.. and 2day ive had cheerios.. bag of monster munch n a twix! then probs gno eat crap l8r when im waiting 2 hours in between visiting hours!
 
well hopefully they send him home this morning and hes on the list for an operation now so hopefully itll be all over with soon! ive been up hospital and stressing out the past few days.. yesterday i had crisps chocolate and pizza! quickest things i could snack on while i was there i couldnt even think about cooking etc!! Bak on it today though (ihope)

Just take it easy hun... Dont worry about optimising if it isn't possible... Hopefully NHS won't keep you waiting much longer... Guy will be back on track and you can knuckle back onto plan but good on you for still trying, and i'm sure the no exercise won't do you any harm the amount your bound to be running about!!

Slimming World will still be here when everythings more organised and Guy's better hun :D xxxx
 
thanks hunni im tryng to be as good as possible.. for saying ive had a crappy week ive still lost 1lb this morning so im pleased with that! Im also in Ideal BMI range now :) his pre op is on 31st Jan so hopefully op will be pretty quick afterwards!

You've got a lot on your plate so cut yourself some slack! Slimming World will still be here when you've got things a bit more settled!
