thanks lesley im trying desp but its difficult theres so much stressfulp things haooening atm.. partners having to take 4 weeks off work which means no as he dnt get ssp & its my youbgests 1st birthday & christening is sooon arfmghh x
 
well gave in to temptation n ordering a pizza i jst need it out my system!! x
 
actually nope im not ive had peanut butter n toast as thats what i was craving ive gone over my syns bt etter then a pizza!x

I'll donate Monday hun... as all the moneys in german account atm and can't do anything online with it GRRR... Good on you!!My mums signed up too, Me & mum have decided we're going to do the Great north run next year & then hopefully the marathon the year after... something to aim for!! i'll hopefully have hit target by this September so will be aniversary to maintaining for the GNR next year... here's to optimism eh!! xxx

Snacks: fruit & yogart

Ive got no hope for weigh in as i had dominos pizza the other day but we shall see!

well i stpped on the wiifit thsi morning after a weekend of eating crap & ive lost 1lb! woo its obv cuz ive been on wiifit though lol. Anyway got food shop coming tuesday so no fruit or anything in till then so today im having:

L - Fried Egg, toast (3syns) & beans
D - Shepards pie (2syns)

Kept to food diary pretty easily today!! havnt had much time to think about food really! Food Plan for tomorrow is:

L - Tuna salad with salad cream (1.5syn) & Cuppa (milk 0.5syn)
D - Chilli & rice & cheese (hea) (2.5syns)
S - Apple, Hot chocolate (2syns)

no hun i hardly eat any at all i dont like it!! i do put stuff like marrow fat pwas n veggies in the meals & eat apple once in a while lol. apart from that no not really hun! xxxx
