Just to let you all know these are on offer for £39.99 in Argos at the mo, I bought them today as everywhere else they are £50, can't wait to start them tomorrow.

Have you tried the 10 day drop a dress size plan?

It's in the book, you follow certain dvds for 10 days,(think you get 2 rest days) and follow their diet and you should lose a dress size in 10 days... I'm hoping it will work with SW i'm on day 3...

I may go and get the DVD too. Amazon have the DVD only for £20, do u need the toning sticks?

I think you need the toning sticks for the 10 day plan, my friend has just downloaded the dvds....

Yep am doing slimming world, don't know if it will work but their menu is very much american foods/menus
