    Just remember you dont have to choose just one plan and stick to only that one forever. I chop and change depending on what i want that day. I generally prefer red and green for the extra healthy extras but like extra easy for when we do a roast dinner.

    It will catch up eventually. Trust me im talking from personal experience! As said above you may well be subconsciously making better choices. I also know sw is not about the amount you eat, but i know sometimes when off plan im not as focused on meals and sometimes eat less quantity wise.

    When im in work i tend to have my tea around 5.30 - 6.30 ish. If i have a decent sized portion i tend not to get hungry. I generally only get hungry in the evenings on my wknds when im up past my usual bed time and its probably also a bit of sitting in front of the telly munchies.

    I buy frozen bags of veggies like carrots etc. These can be made quickly while cooking other things like pasta and sauce. I try to get at least some sort of veg in my meals super free or not mainly cos its healthier.
