I agree, forget the syns at the moment, just get better then back on plan, if you don't have your syns everyday (sometimes I have 10 maybe 15 or even 2 a day) over the week you will probabley even out and you be fine!! Hope you are better soon p.s keep it to yourself i dont want it :)) X

People can only guide you, they can't force feed you!! Just don't feel guilty if you go over, say if you go out for a meal, we're all human that's why we go to slimming clubs lol. ;) x

No not at all, it's recommended at least 5 syns a day so you don't feel deprived, some days I don't use any but tomorrow I might use 20!! I try and NOT to go over 90 syns a week that's for sauce.... Gravy, tomato etc. I think it be better if you have little and often rather than feeling deprived...

I've only ever done green, 2 x a, b. There's not a huge difference between EE and green, good luck with your weigh in x

I'm clapping!!! Here here well said, I maintain by keeping to my healthy eating, I went off plan ( heart operation) had to relay on other people cooking, well wishes cooking etc, and gained 9lb in 3 weeks, Ok I was bed bound for 1 week but it took me 6 weeks to ditch the extra weight!!! So so...

When I went on "operation holiday" I cut my syns down to maximum of 5 a day, and didn't go off plan once, I averaged 2/3lb most weeks, but what kept me going was i knew it wasn't for a long time. Come the holiday I felt great and enjoyed the all inclusive holidays with a weigh gain of 6lb...
