    I'm in the exact same situation with the implant playing up, I've had mine for 5 years and it's never been an issue but now I'm losing weight I'm starting to get random hormonal bloating etc too. Sucks big time :(

    I started by just doing 10 minutes - I don't do anything excessive just enough to get a bit out of breath and sweaty, no need for marathon running. It's crazy how quickly you're able to do more and more without getting tired. I've gone from 10 mins max to 25 mins max on my bike in just a week :)

    Oh lovely :( I know that feeling. I suffer with really bad anxiety and used to eat to get over it & binge so bad after panic attacks etc. Keep working on it and you'll get there :) Tbh, I just steal all of the lovely recipes on here and tweak them e.g. using quorn instead :) x

    It is definitely something not meant for breakfast, & it's only while I've been on SW that I've started eating it but it's the only thing I've ever found that I like for breakfast (other than a cooked one of course) & I get better losses when I have breakfast :D
