    I've got my eye on the garmin forerunner 220, in purple and white :) It has a pacer on it which would be ideal for marathon training so I don't go out to fast. My current watch is just one from aldi. It has a heart rate strap with it and tracks your run, but apart from that its not that fancy.

    I also weighed in on the scales this morning! I'm down from 10st 1lb to 9st 11lb. -4lb .. Happy with that. It was showing 9st 9.5lb on Saturday morning, but then I had alcohol and a bit of bloat due to toilet irregularities so, cannot grumble.

    Pretty much everything is cooked in coconut oil, and not sure about the powder. Its pretty strict this first cycle so you have to stick to the menus as much as you can, but then cycle 2 apparantly its a bit more mix and match.
