Thank you! You get 70g for Philly light, I use garlic and herb. You could use half and mix it with fromage frais to make a bigger batch to last longer. Also it's quite thick so would make it more saucy if that's what you like. I love Philly so I'm quite happy eating the thick stuff lol

I lost 1lb. Which means I'm 2lb away from 1/2 stone award. But off slimming world that means I've lost 3 1/2 stone since my highest weight. I'm going in the right direction for a change! It's slow and steady but it's still going down. Although I've been slimmer (15st) I tend to lose...
It will catch up next week, believe me I used to do 2 hours at gym and didn't lose an ounce gave up and lost a load the week after. It's not for nothing you're doing well. Make sure you don't exercise before weigh in. You'll be fine don't give up, you can do this :)
Quick update:
Yesterday was a complete disaster. I had HiFi light for breakfast and as a snack, bananas and two satsumas on break.
Then on lunch discovered id accidentally frozen my salad by putting an ice pack in my lunch bag to keep it cool. So I had to go shop and get a Wholemeal chicken...
Yea if you use Wholemeal 400g loaf it counts as a HEX B if you wanted to use a white slice from 800g I don't think it would be too many syns, it's entirely up to you :)

The syn calculator I don't think takes into account the free foods side or something so just go by what "syns online" says rather than the calculator.

I only do green days, unless I'm going out for dinner and EEs easier. I was short on superfree but the different between the week before and the week just gone, wasn't significant enough to put back on what I felt I lost and what my scales said I had, they aren't that wrong.

Maintained :'( that's two weeks. I know I lost last week everything was loose and I felt great but this weeks been frumpy and bunged and HOT! I had 4L of water yesturday.

Flavour chefs a glorified George Forman but you can cook entire roast dinners and stuff so it's good if there's only 1 or 2 of you. It's totally none stick so you don't have to use oil or anything as well.

Weightloss is different for everyone and it's whatever works for you, you sound like you're eating healthy! make sure you eat plenty (sounds weird I know) and drink lots of water, Just keep it up and I'm sure you'll see results :)

Hey!! I'm sorry to hear, you have no one near you for support. I don't have anyone where I live either, and all my far away friends, are used to me being on one diet or another so aren't interested anymore which doesn't help!

I've found with shifts is having my main meal for lunch then a shake for dinner really helps. Having a shake from breakfast and lunch on long shifts just didn't cut it; for me anyway, it may be different for you. I see no reason why you can't reach your goal on SF! Hope it's going well!! :)
