    Are fitbits (and similar) worth the money.

    I have the fitbit flex and love it. Best £70 I've spent. It helps to motivate me to move more so I can achieve my goals. It also tracks my sleep patterns so I can see just how well (or poorly) I'm sleeping. I wouldn't be without it now.

    Valentines Challenge <3
